Some time ago, Jane at Handmade Jewelry Club was kind enough to select me with the Kreativ Award. I am sure many of you feel the same way as I do - life would be deadly dull if I couldn't create something every day be it a piece or jewelry or crafting a blog post.

These are the rules:
1. The winner may put this award on their blog.
2. Please put a link to the person that presented you for this award.
3. Nominate 5 blogs.
4. Put links to all their blogs.
5. Leave a message for your nominees.

As this one is all about creativity, I am selecting these blogs for their inspirational and highly creative streaks.

1. Cindy Lietz of Polymer Clay Tutor is a teacher like me. What impresses me about Cindy is not only is she a frequent blog poster but how narrowly focused her blog posts are. It takes considerable creative talent to pull it off. Her blog is only about polymer beads and yet, she shows a huge range of techniques to make a wide variety of beautiful polymer beads.

2. Pamela Vale of Creative Potential on Etsy has been picked before by me. But I feel she also deserves this award because her creative mind probably races at 200 mph! One super solution she wrote about was the two faced watch she created because she didn't want to buy a two time zone watch without trying one on first! Her strappy earrings shows you that cord ends need not be confined to necklaces. Many of her designs are not necessrily difficult but are innovative and make you wonder, "why didn't I think of that?" She was recently rewarded when her fingerprint charms were featured in In Touch magazine. Apparently Seal and Heath Ledger are and were (respectively)fans.

3. Capitola Girl is another blog I enjoy where she highlights artisan jewelry in different ways like her "Who sparkled this Saturday" and "The Devil wears Etsy" series. I particularly enjoyed her unique Oscar red carpet awards post where she gave out her own awards.

4. Anitra Cameron of Coffee Pot People is also one of those people oozing with creativity from every pore and expresses it in different ways. She is into "saving the world one saucer at a time" . She found an upside down coffee pot and was struck by the "nose" and then the rest of the face and body followed. Now she collects unwanted coffee pots and converts them into individuals. She also makes jewelry and I recently highlighted her button tutorials.

5. Lisa of A Bead A Day (not to be confused with one of my favorite blogs, A Bead A Day by BetteJo) is a frequent blogger who inspires creativity by focusing on bead finds. One post highlighted her 25 cent garage sale find of really lovely beads. She also featured a wonderful plexiglass and shrink plastic artisan, Tonia Davenport. Did you know there was such a thing as interchangeable bead rings? Well, I didn't till I read her post. Indeed her motto or slogan on her blog reads "Appreciating the individual beauty of beads and the unique works of art they are used to create!" Hear, hear!
