Some readers were new to Viking Knit and others were eager to expand on their technique.  So the second book giveaway last week by the Eddys did generate interest! Paulette said it for many, "I find I am not very imaginative with Viking Knit. I will definitely try to bezel cabochons. I could sure use a boost of inspiration with this technique."

Aims added, "I had no idea that there was so much more to Viking knit than just the tube with some beads. All it takes is someone who has the desire to explore the possibilities to be able to lead the rest of us skipping down their path of discovery with wide eyes and glee!"

If you are a newbie, I recommend you get the first book, Lazee Daizee Guide to Viking Knit as well.  This second book, Lazee Daizee's Outer Limits - Viking Knit and Beyond greatly expands on the basic techniques.

So who won?  I numbered all the eligible entries and got random.org's random number generator to do the picking. And the winner is Joan Dice!  Congratulations!
