I love this tutorial by Natalia Zaborowska on Royal-Stone on a number of levels, not just because it is pretty.  It's not often I see beaders use teardrops in this shape. The broader base gives it a more contemporary look, I think.  

I also like how the designer beaded almost around the teardrop and gave it a fan shape at the same time. 
The use of beads on their sides allowing for chain attachment is genius!

The tutorial is not in English. For computer users, use the Chrome browser, you will be asked if you want a translation or right click on any white space and select translate to English. For Firefox, add the Google Translate extension first, then right click etc as for Chrome. For mobile device users, use the Chrome app (free) and agree to the translation when asked.
