Inspirational Beaded Accessories by Etsy Bead Embroidery Guild

Did you know Etsy has teams?  If you sell on Etsy, then you can "bond" with those of likemind and help support each other.  One such team is the Bead Embroidery Guild - a group with some 30 + accomplished international bead artisans. Carolyn Turner, their team captain, said typing EBEG in Etsy's search field will pull up the groups' photographs.  So I did.  Here are some of my favorites from this awesome group!

LissC has this amazing tropical fish bead embroidered cuff (above)  includes real starfish and shells in her shop!

This butterfly bead embroidered necklace entitled Last Leaves of Summer by Sharon Edelman  is a beauty!

The Kaleidoscope necklace by Linda Pratt of Beadiful Jewelry  is a stunner with rainbow colors. The stained glass windows of her hometown cathedral of Toledo, Ohio inspired her.

One striking design was the contemporary style bead embroidered necklace by Regina Okrain of Reginao :

This is an awesome Poppies beaded bag by Linda of TraditionsJewels.

What a wonderful way to incorporate shibori ribbon with bead embroidery!  This cuff is by Jean Erickson of Beadditz.

This owl bead embroidered purse is simply adorable. It is by Sue Goode.

I could not feature every member but have fun checking them out!

  1. What incredible talent you have shown us Pearl!

Unfortunately with the thousands of people that are now on Etsy it is hard to find these people on their own isn't it!

    Thanks for the heads up.

  6. Hi Leigh, Yes, readers have been reporting seeing the paywall which should be just for reading paid documents. That should not be the case with free public documents.

But to solve this problem, I have also switched to slideshare for those who are not on scribd and are having trouble getting to the projects. Those older posts should have slideshare embeds. You can also check out my slideshare account - http://www.slideshare.net/beadinggem

If I am missing something, please let me know and I will add in the slideshare.

    Hope this helps

  7. I truly appreciate the exposure for EBEG. Thanks so much for including some of our members works in your blog. I think we have a great group of extremely talented artists at EBEG. Someone in our group is always offering a sale of some sort. Particularly around holidays like Valentine's day. Thank you for all the positive comments as well.
    Very Sincerely,
