Tutorial : Color Wheel Earrings

By on Thursday, June 24, 2010 5 Comments

Some people have such great ideas. Livngoodjewelry on Youtube posted her Color Wheel Earrings video tutorial. It cleverly makes use of two metal pendants - the filigree ones will work too - to sandwich a colorful mix of round faceted crystals around the edge.

Wire is used to weave the two metal pieces as well as attach the crystals. The same wire also form the wrapped loop at the top for the ear wire. Fun and unique designs!

  1. So pretty - I am trying to get into wire wrapping and this seems like an easy project. I took a wire-wrapping course this week and make a great (large) pendant using a turquoise stone and accented it with dark red swarovski bicones (the teacher's idea). It looks fabulous. Is it appropriate to name the teacher and/or place I took the course?
