I've made feather earrings before but haven't really done any more for some years. Feathers are tricky to attach - there are many ways to do so. So here are my handpicked free tutorials from the web to help you integrate feathers into your designs!

Jennine Jacob of The Coveted blog's feather jewelry tutorial is a good starting place. Her final earring design is shown above. The instructions are in video format for both earrings and necklace so you should head there.
Sara K Woll did an amazing tutorial on the Craftzine blog. She not only wrote about how you could do basic feather earrings but check out her innovative designs - one is shown here.

Clever Nesting's pendant tutorial uses yet another technique by attaching the feather to an headpin. The peacock feather makes for a super focal!
Laurence S on Cut Out and Keep also wrote a peacock earrings tutorial with accompanying video. Her method is to pierce a hole in the feather's quill to fit a jump ring. Note that she does not cut the quill close to the feathery part until after piercing. The quill will likely split if you do.
