Hooray!  Michelle and Dave over at Evie's Tool Emporium on Etsy are sponsoring yet another giveaway, their third on this blog.  One lucky reader will win a $25 gift certificate towards tools from their store. Don't we all need more tools?

Tutorials
The following are tutorials designed by various artisans using different tools from their store. With the exception of mine, the other tutorials were part of a tutorial exchange for supplies program on the ever crafty Totally Tutorials.

I first "met" Michelle when I bought my 3- step looping pliers from her. One jaw is concave which helps round off loops. Check my past post for the full tutorial including a video on how to use it. As it's all stainless steel, the grip is not as comfortable as pliers with cushioned handles but hey for $6, I knew I couldn't lose.

If you like metal stamping, there are stamps, dapping and steel blocks.  No idea what a dapping block is for?  Then check out the previous giveaway where I linked to 3 video tutorials showing how to use a jewelry saw, stamp and dap. Metal stamping sure is popular these days so do check out my past post on How to Make Metal Stamped Jewelry Tutorials. It includes a fabulous stamped hidden locket design by Shrimp Salad Circus.  Shrimp also designed another clever tutorial entitled I Love You Because - Message in a Bottle Key Ring.

But metal stamps are not just for metal. Try polymer clay!  Check out Artmind's wonderful tutorial on How to Use a Metal Letter Stamp for polymer clay. It includes many ideas.

StudioDax's clever use of a forming block on her disc pendants is so inspirational! A must visit to learn how it is done!

The creativity of some artisans just amazes me. Mitsy  from Artmind wrote this tutorial on how to use a diamond bur to carve out fine details in a plaster mold for polymer clay work.
