Unusual Fabric Jewelry Tutorials

By on Thursday, July 03, 2014 3 Comments

Some of us are guilty of hoarding fabric in addition to beads.  So if you need to destash some of that fabric, check out this unusual fabric chandelier earrings tutorial by Valerie Williams over on the Insatiable Need blog.

It is time consuming because you'll have to cut and sew bias tapes. On the plus side - you'd be able to coordinate with your outfit!

This easy and pretty fabric petal earrings tutorial features pearls! It is by Disney over on Ruffles and Stuff.

I also liked the collar necklace made by Agy who writes the Green Issues blog. It's unusual because she combined a recycled collar with some lovely vintage lace.  She also used the sewn eyes of hook and eye clothing fasteners at the back of collar to attach the multiple chain necklace clasp. Neat!
