2 Lovely Macrame Necklace Tutorials to Inspire

By on Saturday, February 18, 2017 1 Comments

Does macrame remind you of only friendship bracelets or even the macrame pot holders from a few decades ago? Well, it can be used for really lovely jewelry too. Micro-macrame has become popular of late. It can be challenging but check out these two lovely macrame necklace tutorials. They aren't difficult but pack a lot in looks.

The first tutorial is a pearl raindrop necklace by Macrame School.  The pearls really make this design elegant. You can change up the color scheme to suit.

The second tutorial is by Lia Griffith.  Simple macrame dangle from a large ring really looks good. Great for casual outfits. Once you've tried this, you may never look at those macrame plant pot holders the same way again!
