Sandra was convinced she was having an off day at a recent workshop. She really tried and tried but her designs were not coming together in ways she wanted. Her final attempt was this bracelet design which incorporated cathedral beads - those beautiful beads with delicate metal at the ends - and one focal lampwork bead. Interestingly she combined the brown beads with pale blue beads.

I love cathedral beads but never had good luck using them in designs. I like this one. I need to read your jumpstart post next. I usually just stop for awhile when stuck.

ReplyDeleteBlue and brown are really big right now!
ReplyDeleteHi Pearl,
ReplyDeleteAs always, terrific information! I am enjoying your journal very very much. So much so, in fact, that I posted links to some of your information over at the Beading Daily Forum where I "hang out" a lot and have made a beading family with other members. http://www.beadingdaily.com/forums/t/2534.aspx?PageIndex=1
Keep up the awesome work, I love it!!
