Jillian likes color and smaller scaled beaded jewelry. These are two of her designs where she demonstrated both traits.
The first one is a simple 2-in-2 chain maille bracelet - her very first attempt at this discipline. Note how she mixed green, purple and grey seed beads into her design. The seed beads may be small but they certainly added punches of color to her metallic base. The second thing to note is her excellent closing of all the jump rings. Jillian loved making this bracelet so much she declares herself hooked!
For her second design, she used small cube, seed and round beads in different colours interspersed with round silver balls and barrel shaped beads in the palest green.
She definitely has a good eye for color and placement. This is inspirational for Jillian shows how effectively one can put a whole range of colors into a single creation!
