I still don't quite get why zipper jewelry is so popular lately. Perhaps it's because an unlikely fastener turns from an ugly duckling (jewelry wise) to a swan in the hands of talented crafters. So here are more tutorials to satisfy the demand.

Vickie Howell's super easy tutorial makes use of ready made head bands. Liquid Fusion is her adhesive of choice. Note that you can either attach the zipper along the band or use it to make a flower.

Linda over at Craftaholics Anonymous has a zipper daisy flower headband tutorial for personal use.  If you love it but can't be bothered to make it yourself, she also sells them on her Etsy store, Tattered Flowers.  Use them to embellish a headband or for a focal of a necklace - one of the pictures on her blog banner shows such a necklace.

Not enough bling for you?  Hah! Bet you didn't know you could get Swarovski crystal zippers. I did a quick search and found them at the Zipperstop . They come in different colors. This might give you even more ideas if you also make bags.
