Large gemstone focals can either be hung as a pendant or included inline as shown here. Debbie, my friend and co-instructor, made this for a client who really liked the amazonite tile. Debbie added oval turquoise jasper beads to enhance the color of the lighter tile.
She also did the opposite highlighting the whitish inclusions of the tile by adding moonstone gemstone chips to the design. The cylindrical metal beads with a hint of black completed the necklace!

This is gorgeous Pearl...but then I love anything teal/turquoise in color!!! Like Debbie, I often use a large pendant inline...I like the look!!!
