Shrink plastic such as the Shrinky Dinks brand has been around for a long time. But lately, jewelry enthusiasts are stepping up to the plate by producing really awesome jewelry. Check this past post as well as this one for other awesome shrink plastic tutorials.
Maria from the Livlig blog created the striking black and white geometric necklace above using a marker pen on shrink plastic!
Sarah over at This Crazy Blessed Life also made her own Anthro knock off necklace for herself and her little daughter from shrink plastic. Don't you think the hexagon creation is perfectly titled as the Queen Bee and Me necklace?

fantastic list! where can one find cold glass resin? what's a brand you recommend?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure where one gets cold glass resin - try asking the designer. An alternative I can suggest is ICE resin which is available from some jewelry suppliers.
ReplyDeleteThe first one needs a "Doppler effect" one.
ReplyDeleteNice group of designs.
