Self taught, Bobbi has been wire wrapping for over 20 years. A car accident ended her career as a graphic designer so she turned to jewelry making as a hobby.
It soon became her obsession. She was finally able to turn it into her second career making jewelry for sale as well as teaching the craft.
She sells her finished jewelry and tutorials as My Wired Imagination on Etsy, Artfire and Handmade Artists Shop. Her work really lives up to her shop motto : "The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will." These are designs to be treasured.
As you can see from my hand picked favorites, Bobbi is accomplished. Her bling rings such as the Marcella design above feature large Swarovski crystals for that extra sparkle. These awesome hoop earrings below are the much tinier versions of her wire work bracelets.
I also love these lovely lockets which enclose crystals and beads.
These heart and flowers earrings are not just beautiful but show off her skill with wire. You can see more pictures in her Flickr collection.
Bobbi is starting to add more free tutorials in her blog like these sweet faux bow angel wings. So be sure you check it out! I've also added the link to it in my past post on how to make angel jewelry and ornaments.
