Russian beader, Natalia Likso, has two wonderful beaded snowflake tutorials which could be used as pendants or Christmas ornaments. Your choice. You will need to use Google Translate to read it in English. The first one is my favorite.
The second one is also pretty. I would try beading these with fine wire to maintain the structure. Or perhaps do several thread passes. What do you think?
Jean Campbell also has a lovely beaded snowflake earrings tutorial over on Beading Daily.
If you are an experienced beader, you might like to try Honey Beads' video tutorial. This Dutch beader calls her design Snowflakes in Autumn probably because of the color scheme. I love how she used a rivoli to really make the focal pop! Note : the video tutorial is over an hour long.
