May the luck of the Irish be with you this coming St Patrick's Day! Make yourself a quick four leaf clover wire work pendant for yourself or an Irish friend with this tutorial by Vietnamese wire work artist, Lan Anh Handmade. This is a great use of wire heart elements!
It's quite a pretty design with a lovely pop of green with the crystal beads. That little spiral for the stem is a nice touch.
This instructor makes it look easy. But it is actually quite a challenge to make the hearts so evenly as shown. Here are a few tips. Half hard wire will be easier than using soft wire. You could also draw the heart shape on paper to help you repeat the bending of the wire in the same way as you work around the clover. Or use something like a round bail forming pliers or a dowel to make the rounded tops of each heart.
