More St Patrick's Day Jewelry Tutorials

By on Thursday, March 01, 2012 5 Comments

St. Patrick's Day is not an official holiday but they might as well make it one. In recent years, it has become the single best day for pub owners across North America with some reporting 2-3 times the business generated on New Year's eve.

It seems ironic this boozy day honors the patron saint of Ireland who lived some 1600 years ago and who dedicated his life to his religion. It is indeed a solemn commemoration for Irish churches but the day is also about celebrating all things Irish.

So if you're in the mood to do the later, these jewelry tutorials are the non-alcoholic revelries you can indulge in!  Be sure to check my past collections of tutorials below.

Angel Peterson over at Fleece Fun has a lovely satin fabric Chic Shamrock Hair Clip tutorial is just the ticket if you want something quick and pretty for the day.  The crystal gem in the middle gives it some bling.

Beadaholique's Kiss Me I'm Irish stamped pendant tutorial   sums up the day's fun.

Carol Heppner who calls herself the Queen of Creativity did come up with a gorgeous St Patrick's Day pendant made from scrapbook paper.  Scroll down the page to find this tutorial. You do need a die cutter - she used the Big Shot by Sizzix.

Just updated with this lovely wire-wrapped clover charm tutorial is by Erin over at Erin Siegel Jewelry.

May the luck of the Irish be with you!
