Although many people use activity trackers and other high tech wearables to tell the time (and a whole lot more), there are those who still appreciate more old fashioned and far more attractive timepieces.

Half tila beads were an inspired choice because they remind me of many stainless steel watch bands.
The tutorial is for a single point attachment rather than a bar. You may have to remove D rings if the watches come like these :
