One of the reasons why I like these giveaway posts is that readers delurk!!  Then I get to know who you are.  Well, last week's giveaway sponsored by Melinda Orr sure brought out those who love the look of patina work and particularly those who like working with brass and copper!

I was also delighted that many were also keen to try a new technique. But be sure to do the ammonia work outside because that stuff really stinks!

So who won?  After numbering all the entries, I hopped over to random.org. The winning number belonged to Cindy Lietz, the Polymer Clay Tutor!

Congratulations, Cindy. I know you will be absolutely delighted since you said you have "always been crazy about the look of patina-ed metals."

  1. Congratulations Cindy Lietz, may you have loads of fun trying out a new and beautiful technique.

Pearl, you're so right about the ammonia fumes, really potent in confined spaces. Brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it.
