According to Maegan over on LoveMaegan, this boho braided leather choker style was popular back in the 90's, at least in the Hollywood area where she sold them. As retro is trendy these days, she brought it back. As you can see, it can be worn on the back or front.
The fringe can be as short or as long as you want. It doesn't have to be a choker either. Make the knot further down. Or make it as bracelet minus the long fringe.
