Carol created this beautiful and elegant gemstone bracelet. She wanted something along the neutral line so she used doubled holed flat square smokey quartz beads. The brownish grey color was indeed the color of smoke so this gemstone is well named. She mixed bicones of the same color with other glass beads. I thought the alternate placing of the bicones made her bracelet much more interesting. I would say this design will go with anything in Carol's wardrobe.
Neutral colors include black, white, silver, ivory, grey and the earthy tones like biege and taupe. These "non"-colors can and do make bold statements as Carol successfully shows here.
