Who wouldn't want long eyelashes? Given all the hype about eyelash grow serums and plenty of mascara products, many do. But for serious attention to your eyes, nothing beats eyelash bling for your peepers! The false eyelashes from Shu Uemura's 2009 Tokyo Lash Bar collection are pure glam. Inspired by nature, the premier collection was designed by their top international artistic directors. Shown below is the Goldglam Leaf by Kakuyasu Uchide made from gold gilded real leaf skeletons adorned with clear crystals.
For silver lovers, there's the pair by Mina Matsumura called the Snow Twist, made with delicate white wires. The pinkish crystals are on the lower lashes.
Too over the top for your taste? The more understated Revlon's Lash Jewel eye accents will bejewel your lashes enough for an evening out. First you apply mascara and let that dry. Then, the liquid product is applied on the eyelash tips at intervals. It will crystallize into little colored "jewel" droplets. Four color choices.
You can even get rhinestone eyelashes as well as jewels for your eyelids which are glued on in strips.
Not so keen on the false eyelashes or mascara? Then how about the pair of eyelashes necklace by Stephanie Simek? Wink, wink!

I'm thinking I'll stick to mascara. If I get to it!
ReplyDeleteYou're one step ahead of me - you actually have mascara!
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely concept but in real life. I'd find it kinda annoying. Blinking your eyes...seeing/feeling something on them. ugh. I don't wear regular glass but tried contacts once and thought I was going insane. Me too...I'll stick to mascara!
