I don't know about you, but when I sew, I tend to buy extra lace, tape or ribbon....just in case. If I don't, I invariably run short. So my extra carefulness means I have bits and pieces leftover which I am loathe to throw away.
So I really appreciate Stephanie over on the Henry Happened blog who has this pretty lace and charm bracelet tutorial. I like how she used lace which allows ribbon insertion. The ribbons do add great color contrast to the design. The charms can be optional but they do give the design extra punch! Very feminine look!

Thanks for the link, Pearl :) This is a great one for me, a former seamstress with an obscene collection of bit and bobs :)
ReplyDeleteObscene? LOL! No stash is obscene including bead ones. Just shows your passion!
