Paul Michael Bierker is the goldsmith, designer and technologist behind Geek Jewelry. His small jewelry company, Paul Michael Design, is located in Pittsburgh, PA. His amazing designs reflect not just his affinity with pop culture but his commitment to the technological advancements available to jewelry designers today.
Paul, who has a BFA in Jewelry Design and Manufacturing as well as certifications from the Gemological Institute of America, trained using the traditional techniques. But with a life long passion for technology means he is constantly trying out new materials, software and 3D printers in order to create his popular jewelry.The designer offers custom designs. So many of the renderings shown here are computer generated. They show the fundamental details of each design. Each piece is hand made so there are some variations to be expected. No replicator exists to make these gorgeous pieces!

The use of gemstones in many of his designs really does make many of his designs pop. You do not need to be a geek to appreciate the craftsmanship and skill in adding fine details especially for the rings!
