Sara Spoltore, an Italian beadwork designer has an awesome beaded dragon eye pendant tutorial. You could also call it an evil eye pendant to be worn to ward off ill luck and bad omens! Unlike other eye tutorials I've seen, this one uses Swarovski rivolis.
It is a challenging design as the rivoli is not only captured but the beadwork tapers on either end. So tension matters. I also like how she finished the back part.
