The next How to Photograph Jewelry webinar will be held this Sunday, April 15 at 2 pm EST. It's when I take you through the ins and outs of how to photograph your handmade jewelry so that they look as scrumptious as possible with the "buy me" look.  The emphasis will be on smartphone photography because the vast majority of you already have one. Many of today's phones have excellent cameras. Why buy a dSLR when you have an easy to use camera on hand?

Please note this webinar is not free - it is $20 ($8 for a repeat).  You can read more about it and see the feedback here.

Some readers have asked if this is available on DVD.  No, it is not.  That is because I update the information frequently, reflecting the rapid changes in technology and new apps available.

This webinar will introduce something new - mirror photography.  You've seen many selfie examples including those from celebrities like the above photo of @kyliejenner.  I am not sure if it is considered cool to have the camera cover part of one's face all the time or whether they just don't know how to use the camera correctly for mirror selfies.

There is a correct way of doing mirror photography - one where the camera is NOT visible.  You can use this method to model your own jewelry.  I will be discussing how and showing my own examples.
