Olga Mryga of the Ukraine has a distinctive wire style as you can see from her creations in her shop, Olga Marvelous Art Shop.
She often uses twisted wire and swirls reminiscent of Victorian filigree work. One fine example are her earrings shown below.
Olga incorporates gemstones and also uses soldering for her one of a kind creations. A long time crafter, she confessed she was rather timid in her initial forays into jewelry making. But once she discovered wire work, it became her passion. Olga confessed, "It started like a hobby, but consumed me very quickly!"
