Polymer clay is one of the most colorful of all jewelry making techniques. Czech artist Pavla Cepelik of SaffronAddict designs a wonderful collection of tutorials. It's clear she is inspired by nature and and is a cat lover!
Her vibrant designs features flowers as well as ocean life.
One of her designs for bell flowers utilizes cotton beads as forms for the hollow bead technique. Pavla supplies them if you are having trouble getting hold of some.
We have all heard of artisans who give them their day jobs. Pavla is actually one of them. She explained, "When I was a child I knew, I will be an artist. :-D When I was 33, I decided to stop be a well paid HR manager, and I decided to follow my dream and return back to the art. It's crazy I know, but even if I have less money, I do what I love. " That is much better for one's health and happiness than getting paid lots for doing something uncreative!
