Some years ago,  I featured a wire wrapped bangle tutorial which involved wire wrapping crystals to a group of wires forming the bangle.  However, this wire wrapped bead bangle tutorial by BeeBeeCraft is easier as you are only dealing with one core wire.

The tutorial uses aluminum wire (16 G and 20 G) .  I personally avoid aluminum wire as it gets brittle with time. As the core wire gauge is thick,  consider using soft wire like copper. Work harden by hammering on a mandrel where you can.  I use a car exhaust pipe (2.5 inch diameter) as an inexpensive metal mandrel.

This bangle is not adjustable so do check with a bracelet mandrel to get the size you want before wrapping up the core wire ends. Check the first two links below for adjustable wire bangles that you could wrap beads on.

Note : Beebeecraft provide free shipping for all countries when orders over $25.
