The Italian polymer clay artist behind MoClay is one of the most creative designers and instructors!  She always has so many ideas.

I really like this tutorial of hers because it reminds me of verdigris metal work.  Yet it is all entirely polymer clay!

She accomplishes this with verdigris colored clay, metallic mica powder and a texture plate which can make deep impressions.  Great tip on how she sandwiches a short eye pin between the main work and the backing black polymer clay.  She bends the pin at the end to help secure it in the baked clay without having to add any glue.
