Kumihimo is one of those techniques which are so soothing to do. The repetitive motions promotes calmness.

These are made from denser foam to better grip the thin threads or wire. Yes, wire!  You can use 28 G wire if you are willing to try. 

The technique is similar to the common 8-warp one but you do not move along as much.  

I personally find E6000 to be messy when trying to fill the end caps.  I generally use Super New Glue or the Medium formulation from Starbond Glues (15% discount code : BGSB15).  These cyanoacrylate glues are liquid so they quickly spread inside the end caps.
