It's difficult to come up with an easy design which is also stunning. One beading designer who does that very well is Sonysree Creations. She has many beautiful tutorials available.
Her feather inspired beaded bracelet tutorial is simply stunning. The focal is a crystal rondelle. You can make it any color combination you like but I must say the black and grey version is elegant.
