This amazing peyote koi pond beaded coaster tutorial is by Holly of HGBeadDesigns. Her coasters are designed to go inside 80 mm x 80 mm plastic coaster holders but you could also omit them if you want. She has many wonderful designs to check out.

what kind of thread is used for these coasters? Are they washable?
