Supporting Ukrainian Artisans

Bead crochet rope necklaces or bracelets are gorgeous and elegant to wear.  Crafting one is a bit tricky at the beginning. The best way to get a good start is to use a jig (see first link below).  But the hardest part of bead crochet is determining the order of strung beads to get the pattern you want.

The easiest way to do that is to rely on experienced bead crochet designers! One such designer is Olga Sklyarova of MiledyDi.

She makes all sorts of beaded jewelry but her bead rope patterns are easily downloadable wherever you are.  She has a wonderful sense of color. I particularly like how she combines curving bead lines with solid pattern blocks. Her American flag bracelet pattern is a lovely example!
