I love this tutorial by Natalia Zaborowska on Royal-Stone on a number of levels, not just because it is pretty. It's not often I see beaders use teardrops in this shape. The broader base gives it a more contemporary look, I think.
I also like how the designer beaded almost around the teardrop and gave it a fan shape at the same time.
The use of beads on their sides allowing for chain attachment is genius!

Really don't even need to be able to read the instructions! I like what she's done with the colors because even if those aren't your personal color choices, they contrast really well for the photos, so you can see what's going on. Much better than when everything is, like, the same shade of blue.
