Florida based Leslie of LeslieVenturoso is a seasoned beadwork designer and instructor whose work has appeared in juried shows as well as in different publications.

She started beading as a hobby but it has since become her meditative and creative outlet.

She explained :
As I work, I always explore the ‘what if’. My open-ended approach yields many different designs – sometimes ‘UBO’s (unidentified beaded objects) but more often magnificent finished pieces. It gives me the freedom to always experiment with color, shape and texture.
That approach can be seen in her fun designs.  Remember the jhumka earrings she designed which I recently wrote about? Well, she has a really lovely jhumka inspired pendant tutorial to match (shown above)!

The pretty tulle and sequin bead embroidered earrings design here is another example of her lively creative approach. I have selected my favorites from her collection to further illustrate how varied her designs can be!
