Making resin jewelry is a lot of fun. It can get addictive, too because there is always more designs you can do. I came up with this lightweight snowflake resin jewelry tutorial to showcase some ways of getting wonderful color backgrounds and effects. These happen to use snowflake shapes but other designs using these steps here are definitely possible!

When I was a schoolgirl I remembered a fun craft project we did in art class where we made paste paper for book covers.  It was a lot of fun making patterns in the paste.  Check out Lili's Bookbinding blog for a great introduction to the history of paste paper and for the tutorial. Who knew paste paper could be made into jewelry?  Stunning jewelry at that.

I first came across Little Windows through the marvellous resin jewelry video tutorials by Fran Valera, the highly creative artisan and owner.  She has many innovative resin products as well as inspiring tutorials on her site.  I picked a selection of my favorites in this past post - Really Cool Photo Resin Jewelry Tutorials.

Beaded bezel necklaces take a long time to complete.  But here is a wonderful idea to shortcut the process but still live plenty of the wow factor.  This gorgeous purple statement necklace tutorial was designed and shared by Touch the Beauty as a masterclass over on livemaster.ru.

Not all of us like wearing large earrings.  Here is a wonderful simple wire wrapped drop earrings tutorial by Heidi Kinnally over on Eat Breath Design.  It is a  good change from ordinary dangles and it is on the dainty side.

Horses are just beautiful creatures - a mix of power and grace.  Here is a tutorial by Cherished Gems on how to make a wired horse head.  Although this is a horse head design, the general wire working principles can be used for other animal designs.  Just needs some experimenting to come up with unique patterns!
