How to Make Chain Tassel Earrings Tutorials

By on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 3 Comments

Chains are always popular when making jewelry.  Add lots as in tassels, and you've got a winning design.  Here are some fun tutorials to inspire.

The simplest tassel earrings design is just some chains hanging from a bead or bead cluster.  But you can up the ante with several in a row if you use chandelier findings as in the Josefina earrings design tutorial (shown above) from Cousin.

As you can see from their next tutorial, the Sylvia earrings, choosing a different kind of chandelier finding and varying the lengths of the chain gives the design a contemporary look.

Also consider different colored chains!  This one is the Daphne earrings tutorial.

The Modern and Edgy earrings tutorial by Tiffany over at Rings and Things uses beading chain and ribbon clamps.  I'm not that fond of beading chain but I love this application for the drama!
