The Solomon R. Guggenheim museum in New York is the last of legendary Frank Lloyd Wright's architectural masterpieces. It was built between 1955 and 1959. In 2007, the museum's unusual ribbon-like exterior was restored.

Bits of the concrete were saved during the restoration project. California- based jewelry artisan, Cara Tilker has handcrafted the mementos into acrylic resin jewelry for sale at the Guggenheim store (link no longer available). She has turned these historic little chunks into obviously limited edition jewelry and aptly called Restoration Rock Jewelry.

The pieces range from earrings, cuff links, necklaces, rings to cuff bracelets. The sterling silver collection jewelry are priced from $195-$295. The 14 K gold items are naturally much pricier from $650 to a heart stopping $4,395.
