One of the most outstanding designers is Lisa Carpenter whose Etsy store is called Nouveau Tique. Her new line of vintage brooch and beaded cake toppers is simply stunning.
Another artisan who makes wonderful cake toppers is By Apryl also on Etsy. Apryl says, "I was trained in the art of tree sculpture by my grandmother and wire wrapped jewelry by my grandfather. Both had spent years on the road traveling to craft shows all over the US". Her lovely trees are crafted with gemstones or Swarovski crystals on agate bases. She also provides classic and modern figurines.
Couples who love a funky cake topper can hop over to Cheryl's shop, Beadz2Pleaz for this lovely bead and wire creation.
One delightful wire artisan who specializes in this niche is fellow Canadian Heather Boyd on Etsy. Some of her amazing bicycle cake topper designs includes custom names.
The kissing couple one was made by her husband though.
The title for this simple but utterly lovely design by Kirsten Clarke of Chrissylee Designs is Wedding Cake Jewelry and that is indeed what all these designers make. Jewelry for wedding cakes!!
