Knotted cord bracelets are always popular.  They are quick to make and will help diminish your button stash!  This first tutorial is from the Martha Stewart site which features two knots - a cross knot and a simple overhand one. They even include a printable card with a hand image!

If you have lamp work beads or have other large hole ones,  then check out lampwork artisan Mallory Hoffman's easy leather and lamp work cord knotted cord bracelet tutorial.  It's a relaxed style of knotting which gives it an open look.

Also love this pretty pearl and cord bracelet tutorial by Justine over at Kerr-afty Creations.  If you need to ream out small hole pearls, please do so with them submerged to contain the dust.

These make great gifts to make if you are short on time!
