Kirsten Nunez of Studs and Pearls' has a great golden skeleton hand brooch tutorial complete with rhinestones. You can pin it to your clothing or your hand bag. It's really easy to do provided you can get hold of a cheap plastic hand.
I love the brick stitch beaded earrings tutorial by Shala Kerrigan over on Bella Online. She also included other easier designs. These were actually designed to celebrate Harry Potter movies.
Many people love making bead and spider earrings (see tutorials below) but for something really different, check out Deanna Burasco's tutorial for a pair of Boo resin earrings and matching ring over on Resin Obsession.

Thank you Pearl for a collection of wonderful Halloween tutorials. The resin "BOO" ring and earrings look fascinating and I truly love the Swarovski crystal "Candy Corn" charms.
