Chris Franchetti Michaels has a simple circular peyote skull earrings tutorial over on About Beadwork.  She designed it for Dia De Los Muertos but it is also perfect for Halloween.  One of the loveliest skull beads is the pricey Swarovski crystal ones available from a number of suppliers if you are able to splurge!
