Peyote is a lovely stitch but it can be error prone. This is especially true if you like to make it go faster by stringing on a long row of beads. But picking up the wrong bead can be frustrating. That's why I loved Marion's little tip to use a clamp to stabilize that row.  A simple idea but useful!

It was the obvious step to take after she discovered Wild Sally Road's fast peyote tip.

Those plastic tipped small craft clamps are handy - not just for beadwork in this case. I use them a lot for wire work and other jewelry making techniques.
