I discovered I really like snug but comfortable cuff leather bracelets after I designed and shared the tutorial for a riveted wide wavy leather bracelet. No clanking of bracelets on my desk and laptop any more!
If you like that comfort, consider Kristina of DeSmitten's simple ring buckle suede bracelet tutorial. She was inspired by a runway design from the CĂ©line Spring 2012 collection.
Kristina came up with a no sew method. But you could add hand stitching if you prefer.
Also consider adding cut outs or riveting metal embellishments for more oomph.
Seriously, I prefer the simplicity. I would also consider using some rhinestone buckles like these to contrast the organic look.
The metal ring also stays clear of skin contact so this design might be suitable for those who are metal sensitive.
