Sometimes it is difficult to describe a beadwork designer's signature style. So it is with Norma Jean Dell of njdesigns1.  This Tennessee based designer creates all sorts of beautiful beadwork tutorials.

These patterns range from easy to more challenging ones like the designs with cRAW weaving.  Norma Jean cleverly uses a range of materials including Swarovski crystals and the less commonly used Czech beads.

One of my favorites from her extensive collection is the bracelet below which use minos beads in a radial fashion.

This bracelet which she calls the Harlequin features kite beads arranged in a stunning way.

Just seed beads were used for this lovely Thorbardin bracelet. The stitches used include the cubic right angle weave (CRAW), odd count peyote with roving step up, and netting.

Delightful and unusual use of bugle beads for this Lily's Bracelet tutorial :

Also noteworthy is how she uses crystals and introduces different shapes to her designs! I recommend you stroll through her store!
