Monika Extrano is based in Warsaw Poland. This beadwork designer has been rocking the geometric jewelry tutorials in her store, Extrano. Mind you, she also designs non-geometric jewelry too. But her modern peyote patterns were what grabbed my attention!
My favorites were her peyote triangle pendants. Her cuffs are also stunning. I had a hard time trying to select just a few. This designer offers bundles and some great eBooks on peyote, brick stitch, bead crochet rope and loom. So I have shared them here as you can get a glimpse of her huge inventory.
I live in Poland, Europe, where beadweaving is not so popular as in United States. I hope it will change soon! My two daughters are already beadaholiques, my newborn son - who knows? He is learning at his mother's knee.
I am sure the popularity of beadweaving will grow especially when designers like Monika come up with such contemporary work.
