Remember Guilherme of TracyArtes? I featured his work not too long ago. This Brazilian wirework artist and instructor creates some outstanding designs.
He uses hammered wire techniques as well as twisted wire and Aztec like elements in his work. Some of his best pieces, in my opinion, are his medallions and the cross.
Guilherme's wife, Fabiane Cristiene helps him with the photography and editing. One gorgeous design - the one right at the bottom - is not yet out at the time of writing. But be sure to look out for it. I particularly love the use of wire with gemstones and beads for the chain portion.
One lucky winner of this giveaway will win a tutorial of his/her choice from his store.

Guilherme's wirework is the stuff that beautiful dreams are made of.
ReplyDeleteI don't do much wire work and certainly not of this caliber, but I think that his individual techniques would be useful for many mixed media artists. Whichever technique is applied it's going to definitely add that pizzazz factor to any piece!
