I have yet to come across a polymath jewelry maker who is good at every single technique. Nevada based Susy Paredes of EarthExpressions creates richly colorful polymer clay jewelry components for those who appreciate such handmade supplies but aren't an expert at this technique. 

Her image transferred earring charms and cabochons are meticulously made. Paired charms have to be identical so it is a testament to her skill, they are so. 

Polymer clay is very lightweight. Imagine the earrings designs you can build up from her earring charms with other components.  Her cabochons are great for bezeling with bead weaving or wire work.
